Keto Breakfast Recipe, wonderful omelet

Started out today with another one of my great keto breakfast that I do now and then. It is an omelet with basically everything in it. I sometimes have this omelet for lunch and sometimes I do it for breakfast. Since omelet is really easy to make and it also tastes great this is one of my favorite foods when on a keto diet.

Keto Breakfast Recipe for Omelet

I start out by taking 3 eggs that I wisp together before making an omelet out of it. I fry the omelet on both sides in butter until it is done. As ingredients for my keto breakfast I like to use things that I would eat normally also if I was not on a keto diet. It makes it so much easier to stick to a diet if you eat food that you also enjoy eating.

The main ingredients I add into the omelet is bacon and ham. I fry both the bacon and ham for a little while in the same pan I used for the omelet and then I put them on the side a little to cool down. For vegetables I like to use tomatoes that I cut into nice small cubes and also some sliced onion. I also add on some sun dried tomatoes when I have them at home, I really like the taste of the sun dried tomatoes but not sure how good they are for a keto diet so do not eat too much of them. I also add plenty of cheese (you can never have too much cheese). Since I like my food to be spicy I also add in some jalapenos and a but of Tabasco sauce.

Take all the ingredients and put them in the pan for around 2 to 3 minutes to get them a little hot and make everything melt together nicely. Basically when the cheese is melted is when you are done. Make sure to add plenty of butter or olive oil in the pan to get it nice and greasy and to raise the fat percentage. I prefer butter since I feel it gives a better taste to the food but both work fine. Also make sure to add some salt, pepper and other spices according to your liking.
