Keto diet menu examples

In order to succeed with a keto diet you need to create a keto diet menu that shows what to eat every day. This is the best way to start out with a keto diet and also succeeding with it since you need to ensure you eat controlled portions of fat, protein and carbohydrates. Without having a keto diet menu when you start out with your keto diet it is easy to either eat incorrectly or to get hungry. Below we have created a couple of simple keto diet menus that can help you get started with keto today.

Egg omelet, fry everything in butter
2 eggs
Chopped onion
25g cheese
4 slices bacon
coffee or tea
You can also check out my omelet that I eat quite often. A little more complicated but tastes so good.

Cooked eggs and fried bacon
2 cooked eggs
4 slices bacon
A very simple breakfast that only takes a few minutes to prepare. Something I do a little now and then.

Ground beef fried in butter or olive oil
100g Ground beef
50g chopped onion
50g cheese
coffee or tea
Can also be enjoyed as either lunch or dinner. Try to add on some garlic butter also together with it to increase the fat percentage.

Chicken with vegetables
200g chicken breast, fried in butter or olive oil
100g lettuce
50g cheese
Water
Very simple to make and easy to eat. You could also exchange the cheese with garlic butter or some fat sauce like a Bearnaise sauce. Another smart change you could do is swap the chicken with salmon instead.

Ham with squash, everything fried in butter or olive oil
200g ham
50g sliced squash
50g cheese
Water
Also just the chicken breast, simple to make and tastes great. Can also be made with garlic butter or Bearnaise sauce.
