Keto lasagna with minced beef, tomatoes and cream

This is a keto lasagna that even tastes better than regular lasagna. We have made this keto lasagna several times and it is just perfect to eat directly after you have made it or put in the fridge to easily heat up later. It is also perfect when you are on a keto diet.

Ingredients for the keto lasagna

* 500 g minced beef
* 2 tomatoes
* 2 dl Chreme Freche
* 1 dl Cream
* 200g Cheese
* 25 g Butter
* Different spices (salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic is recommended)

How to make the keto lasagna

Start with putting the butter in a frying pan and fry the minced beef until it is done. Add spices according to your own liking (I prefer spicy). Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them into the frying pan together with the minced beef. Mix in the chreme freche and the cream and fry it together for around 2 minuites. Make sure you do not have the sauce boil.

Put the finished mix in a owen safe plate. Shread the cheese into small pieces and put it over the mix of minced beef. Place it in the owen at 200 degree and let it stay there until the cheese is starting to be nice and brown. You can eat it just as it is or add a nice salad together with it.

To further make this dish even more keto diet friendly you could remove the tomatoes from the keto lasagna which would remove 9g of carbs and put it at 2 percentage of carbs. I think the tomatoes give it a nice taste and at 4 percentage of carbs i think it is quite fine.
