The first keto salad dressing recipe comes from Birgit’s Daily Bytes and is a recipe for a nice homemade french dressing that is mainly made from vinegar, sugar free ketchup, mustard and oil. The salad dressing looks really nice and would probably be perfect for any kind of salad. I will most likely also try this french dressing for a beef steak since it looks like it would really fit with that also. Get the full recipe and more pictures over at Birgit’s Daily Bytes.

If you instead are looking for an Italian Vineigrette Dressing then you can find a really nice recipe for it over at Peace Love and Low carb who posted this nice recipe one month ago. The vinaigrette looks really nice and since this site is a low carb site you can know for sure it is keto friendly. According to the author the dressing takes around 10 minutes to make and is for 19 servings. I have tried out this keto salad dressing recipe and I must say it is really good with a normal green salad.

If you just like me really enjoy the taste of garlic you should try out this Glorious Garlic dressing that I found over at Health Starts in the Kitchen. The recipe is mainly made from garlic (plenty of it), Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive oil. The recipe looks very simple to make and if you are a garlic lover it will probably taste great also. Not sure what kind of salad I would use this together with but with some beef steak I think it would be great.

Over at Simply Scratch I found a very nice recipe for a Greek Dressing. This would go great together with a Greek salad or a green salad. As a little contrast to the previous salad dressing recipes I also want to recommend this recipe for a Ranch dressing that also looks very good. The recipe comes from The Crafty Blog Stalker and according to the author the dressing tastes “AMAZING” and I must admit from the pictures and the recipe it sure sounds like it is amazing. I do not recommend to have it together with chicken nuggets like the author recommends if you are on a keto diet but I think it would go great with other types of chicken.

The last keto salad dressing recipe that I want to share with you is a recipe for a Cilantro Lime Dressing that I found over at Simple Food Healthy Life. The salad dressings main ingredients are olive oil, chobani 0% plan yoghurt (I need to find out what this is), lime juice and garlic. The dressing sure looks good from the pictures and as soon as I figure out what the chobani yoghurt is and where to get it I will try to make this nice keto salad dressing.
