Of work today and not much that I needed to do so plenty of relaxing at home catching up with some tv shows and movies. Have not had time lately to watch so many of my tv series so was good to taking almost a whole day to get back on track.
Started the day off with a simple lunch around 11.00 where I had some minced pork together with butter and cheese. Started off by cooking the minced pork in a frying pan together with some chopped onion and a little garlic. Used plenty of butter and some virgin olive oil when cooking it. As always I add on plenty of spices to give it that nice spicy feeling. Most of the spices were chilli and chilli powder. Once the meat was done I added some cheese on top.
Later during the day I took a 90 minute walk to get some exercise also. Had some ideas about going to the gym and do some weight lifting but have some pain in my wrist so skipped it and plan to go tomorrow instead. Did some squat and dumbbell curls at home though so did not completely skip the training.
For dinner it was 350g chicken breasts together with some Bearnaise sauce and a little lettuce. Not had any chicken for a while due to the bird flu scare here in China but not news about it lately so will start eating chicken now again.
Total nutritional values for today indicate I was a little low on the fat with only 65%. Protein today was also a little high with 140g of protein (quite okay when weight lifting though). Total calories today ended up at around 1800 calories. Remains to see how this affects tomorrows weight loss results.
