Omelet and beef with Bearnaise sauce
Today I skipped going to the gym and took a resting day. Yesterdays leg training took some effort and can feel it in the legs today and tomorrow it is time for some heavy weight lifting since it is back training. Skipped breakfast completely today since I have run out of eggs. Need to ensure that I always have some at home since I really miss the eggs in the morning.
For lunch I had my favorite omelet with beef, ham, bacon tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, jalapeno and onion. Tasted wonderful, like it always does.

In order to prepare for the training tomorrow I today had some beef with Bearnaise sauce (yes I eat it quite often). Also made some beef with Bearnaise for a lunch box that I will bring tomorrow and eat after the training.
Beef with Bearnaise sauce today for dinner was prepared by cutting some onion and garlic into small pieces. Added some butter and olive oil into the pan and started frying the onion and garlic. Once it starts to get some color I add on the beef cubes that I have prepared. Fry everything until it has a nice brown color all around. I still keep the beef red inside since it tastes better then.

After the beef is done I start making the Bearnaise sauce in a small pot and always add in some butter to increase the fat percentage. Serve everything together with some small pieces of cucumber to help get up all that sauce from the plate.
