Yesterday dinner and todays food
Last night me and my wife was out at a restaurant and had some food. The choice was a salad buffet that contained some cold cut meat and eggs also. This is the second time we go for this salad buffet and it is actually quite good (also contain a chocolate fountain). I stick to the meat, eggs, smoked salmon and some tomatoes and avoid the things that contain a lot of carbohydrates.
Today i skipped the breakfast since I did not get up until 9 in the morning. Had a quick check on my weight to help track my weight loss and today I am at 99.3kg which is down 0.3kg since yesterday.
For lunch today I had some small pieces with garlic butter. Easy to cook and always tastes very good. You can get more information on how I made the garlic butter by checking out my post earlier today.
After lunch I had a short rest and then I took a 20 minute walk towards the gym. Today’s weight lifting exercises mainly focused on Chest and Legs since these are the two areas I want to improve most in. I had already trained both chest and legs earlier this week but try to take these extra days now and then to push myself. The whole exercise took around 80 minutes and after that I took a 20 minute walk back home. Stopped by Starbucks to have an Americano coffee with me on the walk.
For dinner today I had some beef with Bearnaise that I quickly made in roughly 5 minutes. Total time spent cooking today was roughly 15 minute and from this I got two really tasty meals.
Nutritional values for today’s food ended up in 80% fat, 18% protein and 2% carbohydrates. Total calories for today was 2016 kcal.
